Each cigar pick is handcrafted with care. For custom requests, please complete the contact form — our team responds to all inquiries within 24 hours.

All items are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided to the email address you enter at checkout.

Our apparel features unisex sizing and a structured fit with no stretch. Please review sizing details carefully before placing your order.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable — or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You also agree to promptly update your account details, including email address and payment information, so we can process your orders and communicate with you as needed.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect actual product colors.

Our store is hosted on Big Cartel, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services. Payments are processed securely and encrypted through Big Cartel and Stripe. RMD Cigar Accessories does not have access to your payment details.
